La Comera pone grande attenzione a tutte le fasi che
dall'esigenza del cliente portano al prodotto finito; è
giunta, infatti, ad offrire ai propri clienti:
analisi-studio-coprogettazione, progettazione e costruzione dello stampo,
stampaggio del particolare collaudato (al fine di verificare il perfetto
funzionamento dello stampo e la conformità dei particolari prodotti)
e produzione di particolari plastici e tecnici. Per ottenere questi
risultati è stato necessario, nel corso del tempo, ottimizzare mezzi,
tecnologie e risorse umane.
Comera pays particularly attention to all the phases
which from the costumer's requirement lead to the final product. It
offers a deep analysis and a careful study of the project, co-design,
design and manufacture of the mold, molding of the detail previously
checked (so to verify the perfect working of the mold and the conformity
with the parts produced) and production of plastic and technical parts. To
achieve these ends it has been necessary to optimise instruments,
technologies and human resources. Nowadays the results of this work
represent something to be proud of and a guarantee of efficiency,
reliabillity and quality.

Ricerca e qualità
Per l’azienda qualità significa non
soltanto conformità, ma ricerca di nuove soluzioni
concettuali-progettuali-tecnologiche in grado di migliorare i processi
produttivi e il prodotto finito. La Comera, a testimonianza di ciò,
ha recentemente effettuato lo studio, la progettazione e la realizzazione
di un sistema di stampaggio ad iniezione diretta con camera fredda ad
otturazione per particolari in termoindurente, garantendo una sensibile
riduzione degli scarti ed una qualità estetica superiore.

Research and quality
Quality means conformity as well as further
researches of new conceptual, design and technological solutions able to
improve the productive processes and the final product. In order to carry
out this goal, Comera has recently began an analysis, a project and the
subsequent manufacture of a molding system at automatic closing injection
with cold chamber for thermohardning parts. This system assures a slight reduction
of the burr and superior aesthetic qualities.
